Sliced Black Pepper Yellowfin
Tataki Style Wrap

Unique flavors and textures unite in this tataki-style wrap featuring yellowfin tuna slices, red onion, minced shallots, and avocado.
Ingredients
- 1 Small shallot, minced
- ½ tsp Finely grated fresh ginger
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Bánh Tráng (rice wrapper)
- 3 slices Black Pepper Yellowfin Tuna
- 1 c Mixed greens
- 2 Thin slices red onion
- 1 Roma tomato, peeled, diced
- 2 oz Avocado, sliced
Preparation
- Combine the shallot, ginger, black pepper, soy sauce, lime juice, and olive oil to make a dressing.
- Soften the rice wrapper in hot water, about 30 seconds.
- Shingle on the Sliced Yellowfin Tuna slices.
- Place the greens on the tuna. Place the red onion, tomato, and avocado over the greens.
- Add a tablespoon of the dressing. Assemble the wrap.
