Yellowfin Salad

Makes 1 serving

Sweet cranberries, candied pecans, and raspberry vinaigrette dazzle when paired with blue cheese, red onion, and Cajun yellowfin tuna.


  • 6 oz Baby greens
  • ½ oz Dried cranberries soaked in Port wine
  • ½ oz Candied pecans
  • ½ oz Blue cheese
  • ¼ c Raspberry-Tabasco Vinaigrette
  • 3 slices Cajun Yellowfin Tuna
  • 6 Red onion rings, thin sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients except tuna and onion; toss to coat.
  2. Top salad with tuna slices and onion rings. Garnish with raspberries.
