Sriracha, cucumber, and rice unite with sliced Cajun yellowfin tuna in this sashimi-inspired roll.


  • 1 c Cooked sushi rice
  • 1 sheet Nori
  • 2 slices Cajun Yellowfin Tuna
  • 1 Tbsp Shaved cucumber
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha sauce


  1. Arrange rice first (on the outside), then nori sheet, tuna, and cucumber. Roll.
  2. Garnish with Sriracha sauce, toasted sesame seeds, and optional spicy mayo.
