Pistachio Pesto
Yellowfin Sandwich

Mellow flavors of roasted red pepper, Parmesan cheese, and pistachio-basil pesto offset the bite of black pepper yellowfin tuna.


  • 1 4" Focaccia roll
  • 1 Tbsp Pistachio-Basil pesto
  • 3 or 4 slices Black Pepper Yellowfin Tuna
  • 1 oz Aged Parmesan cheese, shaved
  • ΒΌ c Roasted red pepper, sliced


  1. Slice and toast the Focaccia roll.
  2. Spread with 1 Tbsp Pistachio-Basil Pesto.
  3. Arrange tuna, cheese, and roasted red pepper on sandwich.
