Korean Style
Yellowfin Tuna Roll

Makes 1 serving

Served in a traditional seaweed wrapper, rice, pork, cucumber, and carrot pair flavorfully with black pepper yellowfin tuna slices.


  • 1 Egg
  • ½ tsp Tamari
  • 1 sheet Nori
  • ¼ c Cooked sushi rice
  • ¼ c Cooked chard
  • ¼ c Cooked ground pork
  • 1 Tbsp Shaved cucumber
  • 1 Tbsp Shaved carrot
  • 2 slices Black Pepper Yellowfin Tuna


  1. Scramble egg with Tamari sauce.
  2. Arrange all ingredients on Nori sheet: rice first, then chard leaves, then scrambled eggs and all other ingredients.
  3. Roll and top with spicy mayo.
