Cajun Tuna

Jazz up the traditional rice bowl with New Orleans flavors of hot sauce, peppers, beans, and Cajun yellowfin tuna.


  • ½ c Cooked red beans
  • ¼ c Green bell pepper, diced
  • ¼ c Red bell pepper, diced
  • ¼ c Celery, diced
  • 2 Tbsp Spanish onion, diced
  • 1 Clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 c Cooked white rice, hot
  • ¼ Red onion, sliced
  • 3 slices Cajun Yellowfin Tuna
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Hot sauce to taste


  1. Stir together red beans, diced peppers, celery, onion, and garlic with olive oil.
  2. Arrange rice, red onion, tuna slices, and vegetable mixture on plate.
  3. Garnish with roasted red pepper slices and basil.
